SimpliStage Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the SimpliStage online service, available at simplistage.pl.
  2. The service is operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered at [ADDRESS], Tax ID: [NIP].
  3. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the website simplistage.pl together with all its functionalities.
  • User — a natural or legal person using the Service.
  • Account — an individual User account created after registration.
  • Staging Service — virtual home staging service for real estate photos using the Operator's proprietary system.
  • Description Generator — free service for generating property descriptions using the Operator's proprietary system.
  • Credits (Photos) — units entitling the User to use the Staging Service.

3. Terms of use

  1. Using the Service requires internet access and a web browser.
  2. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and these Terms of Service.
  3. It is prohibited to upload content that is unlawful, infringes on the rights of third parties, or contains malicious software.
  4. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete the Account of a User who violates the Terms of Service.

4. Registration and account

  1. Registration requires providing an email address and creating a password.
  2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  3. The User may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Operator.

5. Service description

  1. Staging Service: The User uploads a room photo and our system generates a visualization with virtual furnishing. Each photo processing uses 1 Credit.
  2. Description Generator: The User fills in a form with property details and our system generates a professional listing description. The service is free and does not require Credits.
  3. Results generated by the system are illustrative and may differ from the User's expectations.

6. Payments

  1. Payments for Credits are processed through the Stripe platform.
  2. Available Credit packages: 1 photo ($3), 5 photos ($12), 10 photos ($20).
  3. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Equivalent prices in PLN are available on the Polish version of the site.
  4. Purchased Credits are non-refundable, unless the Service was not delivered due to the Operator's fault.
  5. Credits do not expire.

7. Copyright

  1. The User retains rights to uploaded original photos.
  2. The User receives the right to use generated photos and descriptions for purposes related to real estate transactions.
  3. The Operator does not claim rights to content uploaded or generated by the User.

8. Liability

  1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure the Service operates correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  2. The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on content generated by the system.
  3. The Operator's liability is limited to the value of purchased Credits.

9. Complaints

  1. Complaints should be sent to: kontakt@simplistage.pl.
  2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and information enabling User identification.
  3. The Operator will process the complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

10. Final provisions

  1. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
  3. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Users will be notified of changes by email.
